5 Step Fertilization Program
It begins with a complete survey of your lawn. The condition of the soil, insects, weeds, and evidence of damage are all factors in developing a plan to give your lawn what it needs to start producing a lush, green, landscape. The CMS program includes five applications of granular or liquid fertilizer, insect, grub, weed, and crabgrass control. These applications are balanced to your very specific needs
and offered with other essential services including lime applications, core aeration, soil testing and seeding.

| STEP 1 - Pre-Emergent Crabgrass Control | ||

Provides early prevention on crabgrass emergence before it starts. Kills weeds before they can germinate. |

| STEP 2 - Broadleaf Weed Control | ||
 |
Weeds such as dandelions, clover, plantain, spurge, speedwell, ground ivy, and all others will be treated. Weeds are very important to control since they can quickly choke out your grass roots, and steal nutrients from the soil. |

| STEP 3 - Surface Insect Control | ||

There are many insects in your lawn, and you can trust us to correctly treat those that threaten the health and vitality of your lawn. |

| STEP 4 - Grub Prevention | ||

Your lawn will be monitored for grubs so early detection and treatment can occur before it's a major problem. Grubs can kill large areas of your lawn if left untreated. |

| STEP 5 - Nutsedge Control | ||

These are difficult weeds to control and may require repeat applications which we will provide. At no additional charge, repeat visits are provided when required for these difficult weeds. |
