Has Snow Removal Tore Up Your Lawn Edges?

Have a plan to get your lawn back on track.

Winter plowing can cause serious damage to lawn edges, driveway borders, and roadside turf. Don’t let torn-up edges and bare spots ruin your curb appeal this spring.

CMS Landscaping is offering a 4–5 Step Lawn Restoration Program designed specifically for plow damage repair.

OUR LAWN RESTORATION PROCESS

Step 1: Restore & Regrade

We topdress damaged areas and correct grading using a premium 50/50 Loam & Compost blend to rebuild soil structure and create the perfect seed bed.

Step 2: Premium Seed Installation

We apply an enhanced seed blend of:

  • Turf-Type Tall Fescue
  • Kentucky Bluegrass
  • Perennial Ryegrass

Selected for durability, color, and long-term performance.

Step 3: Starter Fertilizer + Seed-Safe Protection

We apply Mesotrione starter fertilizer with a new seed-safe pre-emergent barrier to:

  • Promote fast root development
  • Reduce weed competition
  • Improve establishment success

Step 4: Fall Spot Seeding Follow-Up

We return in the fall to re-seed any thin or damaged areas to ensure full, dense coverage before winter.

Optional Step 5: Prevent Future Damage

We supply and professionally install snow stakes next November to clearly mark lawn edges and prevent plow damage from happening again.

💬 WHY ACT NOW?

✔ Improve curb appeal
✔ Prevent erosion issues
✔ Stop weeds from taking over
✔ Restore property value
